I'm currently working on a CiviCRM installation and I'm having a little problem. There are individuals, that have got a relationship with some organizations(relationships like CEO, or employee), and organizations, that have got tags like(interested, not interested etc.). I'd like to search for individuals who have a relationship(CEO) with an organization that has a tag(interested). I found no way in CiviCRM to search for this (I found searching for relationships, but not for relationships who have a tag).

Is there a way to do this? If not, are there people who have written an extension/module for this, or is it a better idea to give all individuals the same tags as the organizations(not a very nice solution in my opinion)?
