Personal Campaign fund

This looks really exciting.

Couple of steps threw me.

When 'making a contribution' I get to Step 1 to make a donation and get a button saying 'Become a Supporter'

Not totally clear to me that this sends me through the process of setting up my own PCP

Having done that - I end up with my own PCP that says

This is your Personal Campaign Page (PCP). It belongs to » Contribution Page.

I was assuming that it would 'belong' to the project that had the original PCP that I visited.

Meanwhile I seem to have gone through the process and failed to give any money ;-(

SO I guess I am questioning the 'positioning' of the 'Become a Supporter'

Seems to me that the button is really a 'Create your own Fundraising Page in support of this campaign' button (longwinded I know).

Second, in providing that option we need to clearly drive people down the 'give us some money first and then help by creating your own page'

Or maybe I should go back and read some of more of the documentation. Trying to do too much in a hurry here. But I can't help checking what the parcels are under the tree ;-)

Hey Peter,

We introduced a bit more explanatory texts here and there around PCP, so whole usage should be a bit more clear now. Also the "Become a Supporter" link is different thanks to your suggestion. :-)

I would discuss with having the link later than earlier (perhaps some people come without intention to give money, but they might support us in other way?), but fortunately, we don't have to settle this discussion - contribution page layout falls under custom templating, so it's easy to remove the button from main contribution page if need be. It's also available on ThankYou page, so there is a way to get there if it's removed.

Thx,
m
