Event registration bug (?)
December 19, 2008, 02:17:51 pm
I'm trying to adjust CiviCRM to my organization needs...

And use it as a module for voting.
Very easy if I set it as event, and allow to mark yes/no.

The problem is, when I'm a joomla (1.5.6) member I can vote, but If I try to vote once again I can do that.

Which means each user can chage his/hers mind and vote opposite.

I don't want to allow it.

I need one time voting action = you can register to each event once only.
Without a chance to change any information in registration form.

How can I set it in CiviCRM?

is this in live mode or test mode? if test mode, the behavior is expected (so admins can test functionality)

If live mode, a user should be able to register only once. Can you create an event and reproduce it on our drupal demo (the code base is identical). http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/

thanx
