CiviCRM and Joomla Commuity Builder
December 27, 2008, 12:44:13 pm
Hi,

I've seen a few threads saying that  civiCRm doesn't integrate with Joomla Community Builder, is this still the case? If so, has anyone on the civiCRM team seen this?

www.jfusion.org

Apparently Jfusion works with community builder, it may also be a way to solve user sync issues with a standalone vesion of civiCRM. Any thoughts?

Yes we have seen it. At this point we are not planning any integration with it. Would be good for something like this to be a community contributed.

any takers?

I'd be interested in helping out with that, I'll be getting a site up and running with it in the not so distant future, once that site works I'll take a look at a jfusion plugin (dependent on available time).

By the way, the main point of the question was about community builder? Is there any integration with it yet or is it still the case that civiCRM doesn't integrate?

Comm Builder and Jfusion are meant to work fine together, I'll take a look and see what would be needed to get a jfusion civiCRM plugin going.

Wow - it would open up a lot of possibilities to get civiCRM linked with Jfusion.

See http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?action=printpage;topic=3362.0 for earlier discussion on this.
Thanks to those who help create and enhance civiCRM!
