Attaching more than one file for custom field file

Hi all,

Is there any way by which we can attach more than one file for all contact types along with desired name for that?
I have created one custom field of type file for all contacts using which I can upload one file only, Can I attach more than one file and rename it?

You will have to create separate custom field of type file. You cannot rename uploaded files.

I haven't tried this yet, but the new "multiple values for custom fields" feature which will be part of the 2.2 release "might" handle this. You could try it out on the development sandbox: http://sandbox.civicrm.org
