theme for non-profit site

I would like to build a few sites that i can provide to several non-profits in-town.  I would integrate CiviCRM into and possibly a couple of other features. 
If you've built non-profit sites with joomla, would you suggest a specific template?

If you've built non-profits sites with druapl, is there a specific theme you would suggest?

I'm using JA Purity, which is distributed free now with Joomla.  I've modified the colors and a little bit of the layout.  A few other random details.
