I am in the process of installing CiviCRM on my website.  Here's what I've done so far:

1. I unzipped civicrm-1.7.9821-joomla-php5 into a folder on my computer
2. I then created a folder named "com_civicrm" in my Joomla "components" directory
3. next I uploaded the contents of the folder in step 1 into the new folder created in step 2
4. from the install/uninstall components page in the Install from directory field I typed in the path to the folder
    "/home/[snip]/public_html/components/com_civicrm/" and clicked install
5. I get an error message: Another component is already using directory

Any help would be appreciated.
