I'm trying to get a list of all the people who filled out the a profile request form online by date.  But I'm finding it difficult.

The only activity that distinguishes these contacts from anybody else is that they are added to the group "TIMR Mailees” . There's a table called civicrm_subscription_history which I thought would show the date that the person was added to this group. There is a field for group_id  and date but almost all of the entries have nothing in it.

Is there a way to tell how and when a contact joined a group, or was added from a profile?
