Need a ckient management (plus) system.

I am working for a charity (UK) which deals with older clients enquiring about services available to them. We need to record each case. I am wondering if civiCase is going to do the job for us. An example of another software system which comes close to haveing the features we need is this one: https://www.charitylog.co.uk/index.php.

Will civiCase do all this?

Would be interested in debating things (I am a novice in this area).

I am looking at sugarCRM and vtigerCRM and these look a bit daunting for a starter but may do the job although they are geared towards sales and marketing businesses as far as I can see.

Is there a download for civiCase?

Can we host it on our Ubuntu server?

I thought the civiCRM and civiClient forums were separate forums!
