Author Topic: Contribution summary not reporting current fiscal year for non-January start (Read 1369 times)

When I configured the start of my organization's fiscal year to be October 1 (in Global Settings>>Date Settings), I discovered that the CiviContribute start page reported zero contributions for Current Year-to-Date, even though there have been several since Oct. 1, 2008.

The reason appears to be that the search for contributions being run for the Contribution Summary is for the date range of Oct. 1, 2009 to Oct. 1, 2010. (as confirmed in the Search Criteria appearing in "View Details") Obviously, the current year-to-date should begin at the previous start date, not the fiscal year which begins later in this calendar year.

can you please file an issue (http://issues.civicrm.org/) we'll fix this in the 2.2 release
