Data is not being saved when entered into forms.

WAMP environment - civicspace/civiCRM - installed - in the configuration link to set up the module civiCRM whenever information is entered it does not save. I checked permissions in the database and all is permitted - I checked under the admin log in for civiCRM and still can not save. Hence, no users, groups, organizations or family entries can be made. This makes the app unusable.

Please clarify the version of CiviCRM that you downloaded and installed - and in which CMS. Also, clarify the form you are trying to save info in - you can provide the full URL and/or a screenshot. Also, any error messages you might be seeing in your browser.

I am not receiving an error message. The CMS is CivicSpace the version of civiCRM is 1.3

That version is obsolete and no longer supported. Please download the latest version of Drupal from Drupal.org and CiviCRM from:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=177914

Then follow the install instructions here:
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Install+CiviCRM+1.7+for+Drupal

I would recommend also reviewing the current online documentation for CiviCRM starting at:
