Can donors create "personal fundraising pages"?

I was wondering if there's a feature within Civicrm, that I could create, so our donors can create their own fundraising pages, so they can raise funds for our organization?  Is there a template for this, or a sample that I can copy?  Thanks  :)

this will be part of 2.2. You should test it out on sandbox (http://sandbox.civicrm.org/). The specs are:
