500 Error soap.php

Hi folks,

Has anyone else experienced/resolved a 500 error when trying to run the soap.php script?  It appears this might be related to a php 5.2 bug.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

An update on this... when I comment out the civicrm.config.php require, the error goes away.
