Is there any way to personalize activities to the user who makes them?

For example user one makes a Scheduled Meeting
But when user two logs in she should not see that so her list just shows here scheduled activities
This way each person only has to see their things which keeps the list shorter for each person and easier to track and view when they look for their todo list for the day?
And is is ical friendly?  Alright I know the last one is asking too much.  ;)

The "CiviCRM Home" dashboard works as you've described for users who are not CiviCRM "administrators" (i.e. ones whose Drupal role doesn't include the "administer CiviCRM" permission. They only see activities that they've created.

No - there's no ical output for activities at this time. We've done this for Events only so far. If you're interested in working on this feature addition - let us know.

Now I get it.
Thanks
By the way I would not mind taking on a civicrm need.
For our office we really need Pledges and Campaigns.
Maybe I can help there.

Taking on pledges for 2.0 would be great. There is a fairly detailed discussion on pledges on the wiki. Please go through it, extend it with your use cases/needs and then we can talk about design and structure etc
