Skip Confirmation screen when using Paypal Express

What's the way to skip the registration confirmation when using paypal express as a payment option?  We don't need the user to confirm since they'll be shown the price on the paypal side.  How can we skip this step in registration for CiviEvent?

You will need to modify the code a bit to do this. Take a look at the relevant files: CRM/Event/Form/* and CRM/Event/StateMachine/Registration.php
