Adding custom category for civievent
January 21, 2009, 04:04:52 pm
Hi,
Firstly thanks for the great piece of software. I would like to know where I can add custom category type such as meeting/workshop etc. for civievent? I need to add a new one.

The other question is whether there is a way to modify the display of the html listing from civievent. I would like to readjust the width of the fields (like email, address etc.). Where do I change it?

I'm using civicrm 2.1.4 on joomla 1.5.8

Thanks

Event Types can be added / changed from Administer CiviCRM >> CiviEvent >> Event Types

Thanks for the help. I added the new event types. But the link seems to land in a error screen that says

System Error

The cause:

javax.servlet.ServletException: Servlet execution threw an exception
    at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationFilterChain.internalDoFilter(ApplicationFilterChain.java:292)

caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/atlassian/confluence/renderer/WikiStyleRenderer
    at java.lang.Class.getDeclaredMethods0(Native Method)   ???
