Recurring contributions using Authorize.net -- is this available?
July 12, 2007, 10:29:22 am
Hi All,

I can't tell from the available documentation whether CiviContribute's new support for Authorize.net includes recurring contributions. Can we now use Authorize.net to handle recurring contributions rather than Paypal Website Payments Standard?

This is the one mention I've found of this scenario: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-2009, but I'm unable to decipher what that means.

Does anybody know, and/or has anybody tried this?

Please watch the status of CRM-2009. It's scheduled for 1.8, so it should be available soon. If it gets resolved or closed with 1.8 as a fix version, it means it will be available for use soon. If you want info sooner, you might want to ping Dave and Marshal who are commenting on this issue in our issue tracker.

Thx,

So looking at that link I am still unclear.
Mostly, I think, due to various version of things.
My main question would be can CiviCRM 1.9 Authnet handle recurring payments with out the patch?
Thanks
