Problem with "=" and "+" in weblink custom field

Hi

I've a problem with a weblink in a custom data group :

The link ends with : xx.com/article.php?id=9467 : but when the link is saved, "=" sign is replaced by "%3D"

Same bug with "+" sign : example => xx.com/search.php?author_name=Name+Name : "+" is replaced by "%2B"

Have you any idea?

This is a bug.Can you file an issue with JIRA (http://issues.civicrm.org) for 2.2
