Import Data File box missing in 2.2 Sandbox with IE7

Hi,
When trying the CiviCRM Sandbox (2.2 Development), on the Import page, there was no visible box/text for Import Data File, when using Internet Explorer 7.0.6001.   Screenshot is attached.  That piece of the form does appear when using Mozilla Firefox.
