upgrade standalone 2.1.2 to 2.1.4

I followed the upgrade instruction but it failed.

dlobo pointed out to me that from 2.1.2 to 2.1.4 it is only a code upgrade.

My procedure:
- rename old civicrm to civicrm-old
- download, unzip and copy version 2.1.4 to civicrm, do the same to get a copy of language files
- copy civicrm/standalone/civicrm-settings.php from old tree to new tree

This works fine, thank you dlobo!!
