SMTP not working with Google Apps

Hello Everyone,

I'm having problems getting the SMTP settings figured out.

I am hosting on Godaddy.
CiviCRM Standalone. 2.2.alpha3

I have tried everything and read sooo many threads on this but no luck...

i tried ssl://smtp.gmail.com
ssl://mail.google.com
ssl://mail.gmail.com
mail.gmail.com
smtp.gmail.com

Nothing is working. Please help. I have everything else figured out and this is the only thing thats giving me a headache.

hey,

it's working also on standalone with following setting

SMTP Server      :  smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port          : 25
Authentication    : Yes
SMTP Username  : username@gmail.com
SMTP Password   : ***
