Need Instructions for Upgrading from 2.2alpha3 to 2.2beta

Not sure what I should do to upgrade from CiviCRM 2.2alpha3 to CiviCRM 2.2beta. Following the instructions for upgrading to a new revision tells me to navigate to /sites/all/modules/civicrm/install/upgrade.php, but that file does not exist at that location.

You should follow same steps as mentioned on: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMUPCOMING/Upgrade+Drupal+Sites+to+2.2
So instead of v2.1 your install is v2.2alpha3.
