Cancel a Blast
February 04, 2009, 02:16:06 pm
Hello... I need to cancel a blast that's currently in progress but the CiviCRM cancel function doesn't seem to be working.  Is this something that must be done on the CiviSMTP side?  Is there even a way to do that?

Thank you.

You can cancel Scheduled mailings.  Worked fine for me: http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/mailing/browse/scheduled?reset=1&scheduled=true

It's impossible to cancel mailings on the CiviSMTP side. They have to be cancelled from within your CiviMail.
