Dates missing in CiviGrant

I am running CiviCRM 2.0.5 on Drupal 5.12.  I have been configuring grants given using the CiviGrant function.  I have entered for each grant the date for Application Received, Grant Decision, and Grant Report Due.  When I click on the CiviGrant link I can see the Application Received date in the search bar, when I click on the Grants tab while in the contact record I can see the Application Received date in the list.  When I click on View there are no dates, just 0th, 0 12:00 AM.  Any idea why this would be?

Update to previous post....

All the dates are showing up in the mySQL database, so it is probably a code issue.  I am not a coder, but if someone could point me in the right direction I could probably fix my local set up.

Can you reproduce this on http://sandbox.civicrm.org/ and if so please file an issue and we'll fix for 2.2

At the moment, no, because I don't see where the Grant tab is on the sandbox.  Under Global Settings -> Site Preferences the Grants tab is checked but there is not tab, nor is there a link to CiviGrants in the left menu bar.

i see both civigrant in left menu and grants tab for the contact
