how to display more fields to import into from dropdown?

In step 2 of the import, mine only displays basic information despite having many custom fields, and groups.  Please help by letting me know how can I get all my fields and groups to display in the dropdown list of the import step 2?

Many thanks.

I am using version 2.0 on drupal 5.12 with PHP 5.1.6

could it be that the fields are set up for 'INdividuals' and you are import 'organisations'?

You're partially right.  I was trying to import member before contacts.

Many thanks.
