Filtering Events by Organic Group
February 05, 2009, 08:22:27 pm
The CiviEvent feature does not seem to have the ability to have an event be tied to an OG. We would like to have group administrators (our term) be able to post events that could only be seen in their own group(s) and also not be able to post events in groups of which they are not administrators.

There will be more detail in this specification later but I would like to know if any work is being done in this area.

no work being done in this area :( CiviEvent does not integrate with drupal events (though the definition of drupal events has changed in D6 and now seems to be a pure CCK module)

This will need to be contributed/sponsored work

Old thread... has anything been done in this area (associating a CiviEvent with an OG) in the last 1.5 years?
