Missing Edit.hlp file

2.2 Beta 1 seems to be missing a help file - see error while editing custom profile:

user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/Group/Form/Edit.hlp" in ../sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1094.

As the phone operator says, "Please make a note of it."

No performance impact noted.

IMO, this has been fixed. Here is the patch:
