missing CRM/Group/Form/Edit.hlp

civicrm/group/add?reset=1

gives me a Drupal message 3 times:

user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/Group/Form/Edit.hlp" in /home/cd6/htdocs/sites/obl.jmaconsulting.biz/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1094.

CRM/Group/Form/Edit.hlp

seems to be missing

and the little question mark icons return little blank boxes.
