PayJunction error while performing test contribution

Hi all,

we are getting following error while doing test transaction contribution through payjunction

    Payment Processor Error message
: XE:Address verification failed because zip and address did not match.

we tried modifying code for requests given to payjunction but still getting this error

we tried this on demo site also, it's giving the same error as above
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&action=preview&id=5
(i have attached the screen shot of error obtained on demo site)

we are using civicrm version 2.0.7 and drupal version is 5.9

can you please provide any details regarding this problem?

thanks,
Shashikant.

Eileen

This looks like the AVS functionality. The AVS functionality checks the numeric portion of the zip code & address & checks it is correct. Most of the payment processors don't have this implemented with Civi - some of them check for it but don't reject transactions based on it which I guess is mostly useful if you are shipping stuff.

Have you checked your account options within paymentjunction? Can you choose whether or not AVS checking is enabled.

(Nb I haven't used paymentjunction specifically so I don't know what can & can't be set in the account settings. I couldn't easily see their developers or implementation documentation on their site)
