Seller's Address Problem with Drupal and Paypal
July 18, 2007, 08:16:14 pm
I'm using Paypal Standard with the option to let people use their credit cards if they don't have PayPal accounts.  I set up the event all right, but cannot get to Paypal.  I get the following error despite using the API Paypal gave me:

"We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem."

Is this fixable?

Any help would be appreciated.

David

It worked for me.

Can you try to replicate it on http://sandbox.civicrm.org/drupal/

I'm wondering if this issue was ever resolved, as I'm having the same problem with Joomla 1.0.13 and the current release of Civicrm.

Thnaks
Chris

Chris:

I think this is mostly related to paypal configuration related problem. You might want to search on paypal forums.

OK thanks - just wondering because the issue is specific to CIVICRM. Zen cart works fine....I thought this might have something to do with Joomla as well, but Virtuemart works fine with it on another site I run.

Cheers

Fixed it - my mistake. I was using the wrong URL for paypal. The default one did the trick. Sorry for the confusion.

Cheers
Chris
