Hi all,

First of all, excuse me for my bad english (and for repeating the question, if it was answered before... I didn't find it).

I'm absolutely newbie with Civi, and almost newbie with Drupal, and I'm trying to make a profile about interests of my Drupal user's. I register these, so I only need that when they enter to "My account", a tab lets them to select a list of items (checkboxes). I've done before a profile for some personal data, and it shows in another tab, with no problem. BUT... when I create a custom field and it's custom data, and I use them in a new profile, the tab is shown, but it doesn't show the checboxes... I've read most of the documentation, but i don't find anything about this issue... Can anyone help, please?

Hi,
is your profile field(custom field-checkbox) in my account tab is shows as freeze? Then you need to check the profile fields, View Only? checkbox is cheked. ( If checked, users can view but not edit this field.) and plz try to replicate it on 2.1 demo site http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/

I've have been playing with the demo site, I've realised that if l'm admin, and I visit "My account", checkboxes are shown correctly, they are not freeze. I've done the same in my box, and no problem when I'm admin, but if I log in as normal user, I can't see them. Maybe a problem in permissions in "User management >> Permissions"?

That's it! I haven't check "access all custom data" under CiviCRM module....  :-\
