Profile Search - Group search not working as expected

I am querying by groups utilizing the front end "profile search" capability. I've got 7 groups and can query them by use of the checkbox.  However, when I check one of the group boxes and search, the query is nothing like what I expect.  For instance, say I check the first group box and leave the other six empty. 

The actual query states:

Quote
Displaying contacts where:
Member of Group in Group 1 or Group 2 or Group 3 or Group 4 or Group 5 or Group 6 or Group 7
...And...
Group Status = "Added"

Shouldn't it actually be the following?:

Quote
Displaying contacts where:
Member of Group in Group 1
...And...
Group Status = "Added"

hi,

If you check any group from profile, search criteria will effective for entire set of groups that are present in profile search form.
So might be due to this behavior we are having 'or' clause for entire set of groups.

Hi
This was the bug in profile search, with group
i filed an issue in jira http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-4141
and also fixed. here is patch http://fisheye.civicrm.org/changelog/CiviCRM?cs=19923
This will be part of next 2.2 beta release.

^ Thanks Sunil!  This worked like a charm.

Now if I can figure out how to add the Job Title field to that report, I'll be set. :)
