Setting offline Membership addition so receipt is not default checked

Hi - 2.1 - is there an Admin setting for the New Membership option for offline membership so that the "Send Confirmation and Receipt?" box is default unchecked? It is eluding me

Nope, there is no admin setting for this.

We show "Send Confirmation and Receipt?" box default checked when the Membership is New, and default unchecked when its in Edit mode.
