In CRM/Admin/Form/Setting/Path.tpl the string : <fieldset><legend>{ts}Upload Directories{/ts}</legend> can be found.

In de_DE/ivicrm-core.po the translation strings are

#: templates/CRM/Admin/Form/Setting/Path.tpl
msgid "Upload Directories"
msgstr "Hochladen Verzeichnisse"

Why is the title in the field set still Upload Directories and not Hochlade Verzeichnis? Where is the bug?

Most probably something went wrong when compiling to the MO file, as the above should work. Let’s figure it out on IRC today.
