Right now when creating a custom text field, your options are limited - you can only specify the database field length, but can't choose to have multiple rows and can't specify the number of columns of the field on the actual form. It would be great and probably pretty easy to have those options.

Also, just a general question - stuff like this is best posted here in the forums and not as new issues, right?

Ah geez, thanks for the heads up. I swore I scanned all of the options carefully...

I do wonder though if for usability's sake it would be better to include Textarea and Rich Text under the "Alphanumeric" section instead of under "Note." Doesn't seem like "Note" should necessarily be a category unto itself.
