Error during import - setError: [object Error]

Got error while importing about 9000 Individual contacts, after completing import of about 3000 records.
Error message: "We encountered an unknown error in setError: [object Error]"

Any idea?

CiviCrm version 2.1.4

might help and give you a higher chance of success if u split it into 4-6 smaller files
