Online Registration Form Order of Profile and Price Set

I have a CiviEvent using online registration with both a custom profile and price set.  I have the online registration form set to include a custom profile at the top of the page, but it always shows AFTER the price set and not before.  How can I set the profile fields to be at the top of the page?
