Small Nonprofit Organization - Request for Proposals

Hello, I represent a small nonprofit organization - Prometheus Radio Project, located in Philadelphia, PA.  We are looking for proposals from database developers and integrators to create a custom database system for us, CiviCRM or otherwise.  Please find the details for this in the following PDF document:
