Can "Contributions" or "Activities" be updated with file upload update/fill ?

40 people signed up offline for our newsletter. Can we update/fill the activities section of their record, or edit one contact record at a time? Same question for offline contributions? Thanx.

please take some time to go through the various menu choices and options offered

There are menu items for both Import Activity History and Import Contributions. Check if they fit your needs, else u'l have to use the API and/or do it one contact at a time
