Hello,
I have installed civicrm and given access access civicrm to anonymous user in drupal permession section. I am wander to see the dashboard of civicrm that an anonymous user can manage groups. Anonymous user should not be able to manage groups. I will have to do which type of configuration for it?

Can you explain what you what an anonymous user to be able to do. In order to book events, join, fill in profiles etc, they do not need "Access CiviCRM" - they just need the specific permissions for those functions.
