Hi,

Can anyone tell me where I can get the directory name? I could not know where to get this directory.
I keep getting the error "Please enter a package directory". I understand that I put the wrong directory but I do not know where to get the right one. Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance for your kind help!

Try Drupal. I think that Drupal+CiviCRM works Godaddy.

Try JoomCivi https://sourceforge.net/projects/joomcivi/

I had it working on Godaddy once.

Thanks!
What is Joomcivi about? Is it the same as CiviCRM?
Should I uninstall CiviCRM before installing the Joomcivi? Can I use installer tool in Joomla administration to install this?

Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
Albert

Hi PoleStar.

Is it expensive to have Targetintegration install the SugarCRM? I have just visited this website and see that SugarCRM is more suitable for business than CiviCRM. In addition, I got so many troubles with the CiviCRM and my Godaddy shared hosting.

Please kindly let me know if you can help!
Thanks!
Albert

Hi Albert,

JoomCivi is a package of Joomla and CiviCRM together. It is the quickest method because you don't have to use Joomla installation procedure or CiviCRM installation procedure just go on to your web host unzip the files and change the configuration files as shown in the wiki on sourceforge page.

Yes also update the database as per the sql file provided.

I will send you a PM to tell you about the pricing for SugarCRM installation.

Regards
Rohit
