Post Installation error messages

I have installed civicrm-2.2.beta4-joomla.zip
CiviCRM shows up in my list of Components. When I try to go to CiviCRM home I get the following messages.
Is there perhaps a permissions issue someplace? Suggestions? Thanks! karen-Ann
