Maybe a little note on the top of the screen that says scroll down?

just a note but this came from a user who is just starting to use CiviCRM.
Not just hypothetical.  Plus this user for the most part, in my rating system as an IT person, is about an 7-8 on the scale of 1 - 10 on users ability .
10 being a power user.
If they had trouble with this then I think it is a concern.
