Dedupe rule/ process improvements

With the improvements in civievent sign up I'm having to look more seriously about deduping and I note two things that would help:

1) When deduping on e-mail I'd like to be able to exclude the billing e-mail. Duplication of billing e-mail is fair less significant than other sorts of e-mail duplication and can tip the scale when you are trying to differentiate between members of a family.

2) When merging two contacts with different e-mails I'd like the option to add the e-mail from one to the other rather than just replace it.

Hi Eileen - Item 2) is part of 2.2 (at least last I tested it). You can decide to overwrite or add secondary properties like email address when merging.

Oops sorry - I tested on our live site which is still 2.1 (they all look the same)
