Problem with Location API

I am developing an import script for a demo database, and I am getting errors with the Location API. The error is:

Notice: Undefined index: is_primary in C:\wamp\www\drupal-6.9\sites\all\modules\civicrm\api\v2\Location.php on line 199

I am going to dig into the Location API, but perhaps I am overseeing something obvious? Quite possible as I am a newby!!!
Any help is appreciated.

I have attached my PHP-function from which I access the API.

this is fixed in 2.2

if you are starting development of a new site, we strongly encourage using 2.2 (avoids an upgrade later). The final release will be out by end of this week or early next week
