CiviContribute Search results does not have "Send email to"

But if I do an advance search then one of the options is Send email to
Could that also be in that menu as well?

We need to figure out how to make all / most-of the "tasks" available in all the "search" pages. I suspect we'll get to this in a 2.x release

If important to your org, please consider submitting a patch / contributing some resources towards this

understood.  I think personally the best use of my time will be documentation. 
hopefully after supporting this for a bit I will then have the knowledge to contribute to documentation and how to's  :)
