hi John,

I have send two mails to my mail address and recieved it  correctly after this when i have tried to preview of these mail and tried to edit but i cannot find the view of these out going mail.

To view mailing go to "Scheduled and Sent Mailings" -> Report -> View complete message. (from Content / Components section)

Suppose I make a mail  and its  Schedule after this i want some edit in this mail before my Schedule date. Is it possible.

yes, but IMO you can not edit same mailing.
To edit mailing you need to first cancel it ( so it will not process )
Use "Re-Use" mailing feature, make appropriate changes and schedule it, Now you have created replica of previous mailing with your updates.
Once you done with replica for original mailing you can delete it.
