When I edit an employee-to-employer relationship, I am able to select a checkbox that says, for example:
'Kelly Bates' can view and update information for 'Access Strategies Fund'.

How does Kelly view and update information for Access Strategies Fund?
What URL would she need to visit? What permissions would she need to have?
Will she access it from Drupal, or from CiviCRM? I can't find any documentation on this.

If you go to the Individs 'My Account' and click on their 'Dashboard' then should then see the Org listed under their 'Relationships' (you may need to check this is showing in Global Settings).

The Indiv can then access the Orgs Dashboard and modify their core contact info. Does that help?

The user needs the permission "access Contact Dashboard" page to be able to manage and edit name/address information of relationship permissioned orgs
