Why mail did not send according to the schdule?

Hello!
 I had made a mail when i  had tried to send according to schedule but it did not send why?
 It is also not send immediately but test mail are sending why?.
Please reply urgently.

hi

for sending email using CiviMail, you need to run the cron job
bin/civimail.cronjob.php

use civimail.cronjob.php instead of UpdateMembershipRecord.php
