Bulk event upload

Hi Peter had the idea that 2.2 allowed bulk upload of events but I can't find any evidence of it. Am I missing something or was he hallucinating?

someone on the forums mentioned they have something working for event import in the last week or so.

might want to follow up with marqpdx and see if you can reuse that (and potentially contribute it back to core)
